Bement HealthCare Center is hosting a community event Nov 16th from 3pm-5pm. This event will be about Medicare, Therapy, and our Pathways Rehab-To-Home services. Dansel Buxton, Program Director for Piatt county Services for Seniors, will speak about understanding Medicare, what services Mecicare will cover and the diffrence between Parts A, B, and D. Bement HealthCare Center's therapy service ONR will speak about short term therapy goals and will be offering free walker and wheelchair height checks and suggestions for adjustmetns. A presentation on Pathways Rehab-to-Home services is also planned. There will be refreshements and a door prize. Those wishing to attend should call April @ 678-2191 to reserve a seat.
Bement HealthCare will continue to offer programs in the future and will be doing a quarterly event with guest speakers.
